Job Overview
Responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of media operations within the company and externally. This role involves strategic planning, content creation, distribution, and collaboration with different departments to ensure effective media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning
* Develop and implement strategic plans for media campaigns to achieve business goals.
* Analyze market trends and competition to stay ahead of industry changes.

Content Creation and Management
* Oversee the creation of multimedia content, including videos, articles, graphics, and other materials.
* Collaborate with creative teams, writers, and designers to ensure high-quality content.

Media Buying and Negotiation
* Manage relationships with media vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee media buying processes.
* Optimize media budgets to achieve the best possible return on investment.

Digital and Social Media Management:
Develop and execute digital and social media strategies to enhance the company’s online presence.
Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and manage online reputation.

Analytics and Reporting:
Use data analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of media campaigns.
Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, making recommendations for improvements.

Budget Management
* Develop and manage budgets for media campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
* Track expenses and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.

Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to align media strategies with overall business objectives.
Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors.



* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree may be preferred.


* Minimum 3 years of experience in media planning, buying, or related roles.
* Proven success in developing and implementing successful media campaigns.


* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with digital media platforms and emerging trends.
* Negotiation and vendor management skills.
