Location : VIP Road, Guwahati

This position requires a blend of organizational, communication, and financial skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage office operations and ensure a well-organized and efficient working environment.
    Handle communications.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.

Financial and Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare invoices, statements, and other financial documents.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve financial issues.

Record Keeping and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Organize and file financial documents, ensuring proper documentation for audits.
  • Manage and update employee records related to payroll and benefits.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for financial reporting.
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and vendors regarding financial matters.
  • Work closely with the management team to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative and financial roles.
  • Working Knowledge of tally software.
