Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Events and Activation to lead and coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution across North East India. This role requires a proactive, creative, and organized individual who can manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee a variety of events from conception through to completion.
- Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and team members to ensure all aspects of each event are aligned with YesEarth’s mission and standards.
- Manage budgets, logistics, and timelines to deliver high-quality events that meet organizational goals.
- Travel to event locations as required to manage setup, execution, and post-event activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local communities, partners, and sponsors to enhance event engagement and impact.
- Monitor event outcomes and provide detailed reports on engagement, expenses, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in event management, preferably with a focus on large-scale and community-oriented events.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and work effectively with diverse groups.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North East India.
- Proficiency in local languages is a plus.
