Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Manager Manager Corporate Business Development – CSR to join our team in Guwahati. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing effective fundraising strategies to support YesEarth.org’s projects and initiatives in the North Eastern Region. The role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in fundraising and donor engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute comprehensive fundraising plans to meet organizational goals.
- Identify, cultivate, and solicit corporates and government agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients.
- Prepare compelling proposals, grant applications, and fundraising materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business Development efforts with project needs and organizational priorities.
- Monitor and report on fundraising performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Stay informed about fundraising trends and best practices, adapting strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate business development or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Passion for environmental conservation and sustainable development.
